Stay tuned for more challenges as the season goes on

It might be Aquaman’s Season here in Fortnite: Battle Royale, but Deadpool is still making his presence known. At the end of the last season he took over Mewoscle’s yacht, and now he’s transformed the thing into a ramshackle, Waterworld-style fortress, complete with living quarters, shrine and some chill electronic music. It’s not a v bucks generator named POI, but it’s hard to miss: there’s a giant Deadpool head on it. It’s also the subject of one of this week’s Weekly Challenges, so read on for a map, guide and location for where to find Deapdool Floaties on the Yacht.

First off, you’ll need to know where you’re going. As I said, the Yacht isn’t named, but it’s not too far from where it was moored last season. Here’s where you’re landing:

You’ll also want to know what we’re looking for. These are not the pink and white pool floaties we’ve seen in the game before, but a somewhat more menacing, Deadpool-themed red and black. Here’s what you’re looking for:Most Popular In: Games

Floaty #1: Probably the easiest to describe. It’s on the very top floor, which is accessible either from the roof or from v buck generator the balcony. There’s what I would call a small shrine to Deadpool, complete with a portrait of the Merc in Jacobean Ruff. The floaty is in that room.

Floaty 2: This on the middle deck of the ship, outside the main cabin and on the western side. The floaty is located between two chaise lounges. Feel free to hang out for a little bit, chill in Deadpool’s bizarre post-apocalyptic pad.

Floaty #3: Head all the way to the back west corner of the ship, inside a little cabin sort of structure. The floaty is located between two doorways.

Floaty #4: Look for the choppa landing location toward the front of the compound. Across the way from that and a little to the north, you will see a staircase going up to a red shipping container. Inside that shipping container is a little living space with a couch, a bed, and a floaty.

I believe those are all the locations, but there could be more. Regarldess, it’s not all that hard to just sort of run around the yacht for a while until you find all of these. In the past, object hunts have been scattered all over the broader map, making them more or less impossible without a guide or superhuman patience. This season, at least so far, they’ve been confined to smaller areas that make the task a little bit easier. Less work for us guide writers, but easier for those trying to find things themselves.

Stay tuned for more challenges as the season goes on: I’ve been enjoying this season so far, with the first map changes that feel not just like a new aesthetic but an entirely new way to conceive of navigating the world. I was hoping for some underwater swimming, but in retrospect that would have changed the game in some pretty fundamental ways. For now, I will settle for sharks.
